Richard Robarts and his wife, Donalda, of Goderich and Windsor, present Paul Thorne, who is president of Royal Canadian Legion Branch 109, with a lithograph portrait of Queen Elizabeth II on the occasion of Her Majesty’s Diamond Jubilee. Richard was a recent recipient of the Queen’ s Diamond Jubilee Medal and was given the print to mark the occasion.
