Huron County Crime Stoppers and the Huron County OPP are asking for the public’s assistance in solving the following theft.
Huron OPP officers are investigating the recent theft of welding tools and copper wire stolen from a cube van parked on Suncoast Drive East in Goderich. Sometime between 6 p.m. on Dec. 11, 2012 and 8:30 a.m. on Dec. 12, 2012 those responsible entered the unlocked cube van and stole approximately $1,000 worth of supplies.
The stolen items are described as:
- 2 boxes of Unibraze MIG copper wire valued at $170
- 2 boxes of Murex .035 MIG copper wire valued at $140
- 110 pounds of Lincoln welding rods valued at $330
- Several Jet zip cutting discs and Jet chop saw blades valued at $370
