Bullet News GODERICH – An insurance specialist will outline the process of making a claim during a special meeting planned for Oct. 3.
Insurance claims specialist Rocco Neglia, of Economical Insurance Group, will lead participants through the process from initial claim through investigation to settlement at a meeting organized by the Goderich and Area Disaster Relief Committee.
“It’s really an opportunity for people to ask question,” says Neglia, who is vice-president of claims for EIG.
He joined The Economical Group in 1996 and has held management positions of increasing responsibility since that time. Rocco also serves as a member of the Insurance Bureau of Canada’s Claims Committee and the Claims Emergency Response Plan Committee.
Municipal council members and staff of Goderich, Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh and Central Huron, along with BIA members, Huron Chamber of Commerce members and the general public are invited to attend.
The meeting will be held in the Council Chamber, Goderich Town Hall on Monday Oct. 3, starting at 8:15 a.m. A question period will follow.
