Reading the Bullet News that Mayor Shewfelt is throwing his hat in the ring already is exactly why there needs to be “term” limits. The “Old Boys” club did a good job in this term recruiting and converting. As for Councillor Robertson suggesting that he should be OK as long as he can trust the Councillors to support him that said they would, may I remind you this is a secret ballot vote with all ballots being destroyed immediately following the counting of the ballots. I guess if you feel you have fifty per cent plus one now and you end up losing there may be a possibility that you could not “trust” your fellow Councillors. Lets see what December brings besides Christmas.

What seems to be the problem with this. Is there a County Councillor ready and prepared to answer?
